The webinar will be held on Thursday, 18 November 2021, 2pm – 3pm AEDT.

Please note that we are using an external provider (Behavioural Insights Team Australia) to host this webinar.

The IBCCC engaged Ravi Dutta-Powell to review detailed self-reported anonymised breach data from 2019 and 2020. The report identifies key drivers for the industry to consider promoting specific good behaviours and recommends actions that would further the understanding of good behaviours across the insurance broking industry.

This important research has resulted in significant insights into the underlying themes, behaviours and often unconscious biases that drive poor behaviour in the insurance broking industry.

This webinar will be interesting to anyone working in a compliance role in the financial services sector, as well as consumer advocates, regulators, Government and of course members of the insurance broking industry.

Following the webinar, there will be time for an audience Q&A. A recording of the webinar and a copy of the IBCCC Report ‘Culture is Key’ will also be made available for download on our website.
